Dr. Charles Foley came to medicine after working as a mechanical and manufacturing engineer for seven years. He applies his extensive experience in problem solving and precision to the challenges presented in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He graduated medical school from the University of Connecticut in Farmington and completed a 5 year general surgery residency at the University of Connecticut in Hartford. He completed his 2 year plastic surgery residency at the University of Massachusetts and stayed there to work before moving to practice in Tennessee.

Dr. Foley has been in practice in Johnson City, TN since April 2004 and is the director of the Craniofacial Clinic, a division of Childrens Special Services in Johnson City. He has also traveled to South America to operate on burns and cleft lips and palates. Dr. Foley is an accomplished Plastic Surgeon who takes pride in quality patient care and excellent surgical outcomes.
